Overview
About Me
Moved to Boulder in March 2015 and have been hiking every weekend I can since. It started with a desire to do a Mount Everest Base Camp Trek or followup my 3 month Eurotrip with a South America trip, but then I realized everything I wanted to do in those countries can be done from Boulder.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Moved to Boulder recently and thought this would be a cool way to meet interesting people. If I can learn more about photography, how to use a map and compass, and/or maybe even a little of the Spanish language from you, then you might have a place to crash. Or if you're just good people that could work too.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies and music can go on for ever. Lord Huron has seen the most action on my iPod the past year.
When it comes to books, you can't beat Kerouac with On The Road, Dharma Bums, and Big Sur. I'm also a huge fan of Jon Kreakauer's Into the Wild and Into Thin Air. The Beach by Alex Garland is a favorite as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I made a Rocky Parody spanning several countries when I spent 3 months backpacking Europe after quitting my previous job. I think it deserves more than the 300 or so views it got on YouTube, but I'm proud of it nonetheless. https://youtu.be/GwJk8e6H-7c
What I Can Share with Hosts
I've been to somewhere between 30-35 states and 14 countries and thats just the tip of the iceberg with the amount of travel I'd like to do in my life. We can bounce recommendations off of each other all day.
