ABOUT ME

I am have finished my studies in the field of economics in Germany.
Currently I am on biketrip from Germany to Oman with my old Honda. I am always curious about new cultures and I love the simple way of traveling. It is my first time on motorbiketrip of this length, but I got immediatly caught by the adventure.

I love cycling, driving with my motorbike in almost all kinds of traffic, hiking, new experiences and nearly every kind of outdoor sport activities. I just recently started Surfing, hopefully I can add this as new skill very soon :-)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I really like the idea of staying with locals. Most times when I am travelling I am using my bicycle or a motorbike and stay with people on the way. I think the only way to really get to know a culture or a country is like that and not in a homestay or hotel ;-)

I have used Couchsurfing on this trip already a couple of times and I am so happy about the great friends I have got out of the stays.

兴趣

I am very enthusiastic about cycling, so that I try to ride with friends every time which is possible. The nice thing about cycling is, that you are fast enough to see many impressions on a ride, but you are slow enough to see everything.

In the summer of 2010 I have been cycling across the United States from Miami to San Francisco. It was my first journey of this distance.
