Originally from the UK but currently staying in New Zealand.

Spent the last 6 years on he move spending time travelling and working in Africa, Australia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and the UK(too much time there - ha ha)

Absolutely loved it!

I'm supposed to be a qualified engineer but I've always tried to stay away from that profession until recently.
I prefer to be working outdoor enjoying the environment and changing weather conditions.

I'm interested in all sorts of things but master at none!

Current main interest is cycling a necessity that has become a hobby. No lycra body suit though!

Enjoy sampling the food and beers of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm either - crazy
- slightly confused
- or a full on adventurer

but without any psychological testing this can not be determined.
I'm sure the future will confirm which of the above.

Starting in Christchurch I'm planning to pedal solo around the South Island of New Zealand.

Start date is planned for the 12th February 2018 heading inland/south towards Lake Tekapo and on south from there taking in as many cycle trails in as possible.
