ABOUT ME

I am Chris, non-smoker, grew up in a small village in Germany. When I was 18 yrs old I began my apprenticeship for Chef in the business city Frankfurt am Main.
After that I decided to leave Germany to collect skills and experience in different countries, cities and cruise line (Austria, Switzerland, London, NYC, Miami, Caribbean).
After a few yrs out of Germany I went back, but felt boring and had wanderlust again.

I am very open-minded, love to laugh, like to hang out with somebody for talks - walks - food - drinks,
just everything what makes the life feeling livable.

PHILOSOPHY

You can live your life as you want with doing every day the same and run a rat race or step out and learn more about yourself and discover the world.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Love to meet people I can chat with about experience, life, work, travel...
It is always something special when people offers a couch or just a place I can sleep at. It shows confidence to each other when talk about life and trying to build a friendship, it it matchs.
My travel through different countries showed me lots of different people with their good and bad faces, but basicly everything went always fine. Couchsurfing is a perfect way to learn about other cultures and why cultures thinking different or especially in this special way. CS brings people together, in fact everybody can learn from anybody else to step forward on there own experience level.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Working on a cruise liner and saw destinations out of Europe. NYC down to Miami and Bahamas to Carebbean. Beautifull beaches, different food and people. Swimming in a pool underneth a twin waterfall in the heart of a rainforest.
- cooked for the "Red Hot Chili Peppers"
- trank beer with homeless people and talk about there story of life
- climbed on the twin waterfalls in Dominica

As a chef there is a good way to show you how to cook some food. I am someone who always looks to get the best taste out of the ingredients. There are lots of secrets to show and tell you about it ;-)
I like to share whenever I get the chance to, because sharing makes friends and gives a good vibe to others. I am pretty open-minded, therefore the most thinks I will try out and learn how to do whatever I get teached. Life is all about learning and it is an important thing everyone´s development. Nobody can be finished, because every other people you meet will teach you something different. The only way for everyone´s self is to choose if it consilienc or not.

spoontanious and open minded, to try different things such as eating chicken feed or others. Always trying to having a good time with people I am staying with. Having good talks, I can tell about my life i was travelling at and the stories how i get there, teach you how to cook food and special ways how to get some more flavour out of the ingredients for a better taste. If you like to play cards or chess or just other things I am with you - maybe you invite some friends to hang out with and spending some time together.
Listen is a good thing, because I am also interest in your stories about your experience of life, work and others. I want to know what you are doing and whats your hobbies are if you want to tell me. I can clean up the dishes, washing clothes, help you with gardening or other things coming up during you offer me a couch and if we match becoming friends!
