ABOUT ME

My three greatest passions are teaching, photography and development work (traveling would come next on the list).

I've been globe trotting for the past five years or so. I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer from '07-'09 in Mongolia as a teacher trainer. Now I work at the American University of Iraq - Sulaimania as an English lecturer. I love taking pictures, learning languages and trying to figure the world out.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm still working on this one. My exeriences in Mongolia have made me reassess my life. When I was there I nearly died on a number of occassions, I was making around $100/ month

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a few surfers in Mongolia. Hopefully I can crash on a few couches this summer in the caribbean.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few couch surfers while I was in Mongolia. All very positive experiences. I gave them a tour of the city and we chatted.
