i want to experience life to the fullest - as deep as the ocean, as wide as the universe and as high as the stars in the sky (cheesy i know..lol). i love to exercise, enjoy great food, cherish good company and always get into a top story and a laugh.
i find i like to coach people about the body, food and success, sport and how to do things (if i don't know how, then help solve it)

sky dived, cliff jumped, snorkelled in the fils, seen a hive of fireflys, parasailed, landboarded stockton bight, nevis arc, water skiied motobiked through thailand, fed the homeless, helped people lose weight, put on size, coached businesses, worked in hospitals, helped a cancer foundation, bboy (breakdance) instructor, ran in the highest mountain in Australia, shot a gun, went on a volcano, on top of a valcano, hot air balloon....
