I was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, before moving to New York City. For the first half of 2015 I had a chance to live and study in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It was a life changing experience during which I made many friends that I'll have for life!

My goal in life is to live every moment to the fullest and to be the happiest I can be while making others happy in the process!

In my free time you can also find me jumping out of planes (I’m a licensed skydiver) and riding horse (I’m training for endurance equestrian events).

I love all music! Also, I like any movie that is well done. My favorites include The Matrix, The Spectacular Now, Boyhood, Inception, The Shawshank Redemption, etc. My favorite books are Mist (Miguel De Unamuno), Looking For Alaska (John Green), and The Glass Castle (Jeanette Walls).

Amazing things occur everyday; sometimes we just forget how to live life fully aware of the beauty that surrounds us.

With that said...

I've been stranded on an abandoned beach on the disputed island of Wido for a night while visiting Korea and had to build a fire and shelter out of random materials that had washed up on the beach.
