Taking a career break to travel south & Central America & then possible South East Asia & Oceania towards the end of the year.

I've travelled through North America & lots of Europe on other trips & I have been to South America twice before on shorter vacations.

I am trying to learn Spanish along the way. I've completed some classes and now want to develop what I've learnt from immersing myself - I've still got a long way to go.

I'm an open person, relaxed in the travel lifestyle who likes to meet new people from different backgrounds.

I'm travelling not just to be a tourist but to embrace the culture of the places I am going to.

I've not couch-surfed before so it will be a new experience for me. I've been introduced by a number of travellers who recommended it.

For me, I'm interested in doing it to meet local people, to practice speaking spanish, to share a little the lifestyle of local people and to make new friends along the journey.

For sure, when I get back to London, I'll be open to hosting travellers so that I can share my lifestyle and my city with them.
