ABOUT ME

I was born in germany and spent the first 19 years of my life there. However, after finishing High school I left good ol' G-Land and went to Asia. I spent half a year in a Konfucian school near Beijing, followed by a organic farm in south India and some months in Shenzhen. Currenlty I am a student at the University of Aberdeen (studying international Relations and economics).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to offer a place, but I am a poor student and can't afford to have a guest room or a free couch :(
However, I want to meet as many people as possible and learn as much as I can about the world (even though that might sound slighlty cheesy).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Registred last year, but somehow had no chance of trying it. Definitely want to change that!

Interessen

Biggest interest is reading, guess I read around 2 books per week (provided I have time); my most favourite books are les Miserables, The razours edge and Dracula.

Besides that I am decent at playing guitar; quite okay at doing (/playing) taekwon Do; I did fencing for 6 years and becae quite good and I am very much interested at languages!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Not much of a movie fan, but the mainstream-movies are still awesome (love the last Batman movie), favourite Movie is inglorious Bastards or Kill Bill.

On the music front, I can say much mroe :)
My favourite artist is Miyavi (crazy Japanese guitarist), I am very much into Punk music (Bad Religion, Offspring, Ramones) old style rock music is awesome (Led zeppelin, velvet Underground)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

- got almost arrested by Chinese Border Police
- slept on a bench in an indian trainstation
- Could do 15 one arm pushups

I can always teach some german or some guitar skills (tought guitar for so many people by now, it is fun)
