CURRENT MISSION

My current mission it to see and photograph parts of Europe starting January 2012. I have a very loose agenda right now but I figure that adds to the adventure. Hopefully I'll be able to meet some nice people along the way.

ABOUT ME

I am a full time photographer based in Kansas City Missouri. I've shot for a variety of media from The Wall Street Journal, to locally based publications. I've seen most of the United States from years spent touring in rock bands, but I'm excited to be taking my first overseas trip January of 2012.

PHILOSOPHY

We live in a big world and I want to see as much of it as I possibly can. I'm a firm believer in investing in relationships, and life experiences, everything else is just details. I believe in treating other people like I want to be treated.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just signed up for CS on reccomendation of a friend for my upcomoing trip to Europe.  I'm hopeful that I'll make some friends on here both as a guest and a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to the couch surfing website but I have couch surfed a lot from my time playing music. Being in a touring band means a lot of nights sleeping in the van and on floors. It was almost always a good experience though.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a lot of time to watch tv or read, but I do listen to music.  Radiohead, Theophilus London. The Black Keys, Blitzen Trapper, and Band of Horses have been heavy in my playlist lately.
