So, I just graduated university and have gone to see some of the world that my studies didn't teach me about. I grew up in the States, went to school in Canada and now I think I don't know where I want to live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS awhile ago, but I have to admit I'm only starting to use it now that I'm traveling a good deal. But then, everyone has to start couch surfing somehow.

I had a private trombone teacher who once asked my mom if I was retarded because I was so bad at the instrument. Now I use that as an excuse to be ignorant of music.

My favorite books include: The Autobiography of Malcolm X (really anything dealing with the Nation of Islam); Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance; If Rock and Roll Were a Machine; right now, I'm reading The Jungle.
