About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm from Australia, I love and play music and I am keen to see the world. I studied sustainability and water management at university for 4 years. I travelled to Africa for 13 weeks in 2012 and I'm currently travelling around Europe for 11 weeks and would love to meet people like me and experience European culture.

PHILOSOPHY

There are two things that are important to me in life. Music and the world. The world is where we live, where we interact with other people and learn, and also where we go for new experiences and inspirations. For me music is a means of reflecting upon that world through emotions, expressions and interpretations. When the world has failed you, music will heal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I only recently joined CS so would love to participate for now by sleeping on a few couches in Europe. When I return home and get out of my parents' house, I would love to play host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately I have no experience yet. But many people have mentioned CS therefore I thought I'd better get involved.

Interests

Music (listening to, writing and playing), meeting interesting and like minded people, riding bikes, seeing the world and of course making a difference.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music itself is an inspiration.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2012, I spent 3 months living and volunteering in rural community in Western Kenya. Several projects included building a home for a disadvantaged family, establishing several hand washing stations at schools to educate about water sanitation as well as working at an orphan school. As well as living in a third world country, I learned an incredible deal about myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to think positively and to enjoy life.
