My name is Chrissy, I'm 29 years old and I live in Munich, Germany. I am a social worker in a shared home for refugees. In my free time I love reading, doing sports and of course traveling. I think it is a great way of getting to know new people and get insider tips from locals which always turn out to be much more fun than the typical touristy stuff. I love getting to know new people, learn about their lives and get to know different point of views. Seing how other people live and discussing different topics broadens your horizon and can change your whole outlook on life. I love that!

I enjoy listening to different kinds of music and depending on my mood it can be totally opposite directions. The only thing I really dislike is electronic music, like the one you hear in a lot of clubs today.
My all time favorite movie is 'The Shawshank Redemption' and my favorite way to watch movies is in outdoor movie theaters-though I'd love to go to a drive-in-theater one time.
I know it's cheesy, but I love reading 'The Notebook' and it always makes me cry. I also love reading the Harry Potter books-this just feels like childhood.

The most recent great experience I made is probably going on my first solo trip to Austin. Traveling solo is something I've always wanted to do but was equally scared of. The happier I am now that I did it. I had such a great time and got to know so many great people there.
