ABOUT ME

Typically me is to be on the way as often as possile. I love to travel, I love to be outdoors and to do fun activities, and whenever I return from a trip I'm very likely to book the next trip as soon as possible. I love to organize those trips for me and my friends. You won't have a chance in meeting me in any of the All-Inclusive Resorts of this world, but on the hidden tracks. Where is the fun in exploring a new country without picking for yourself what you want to see?

ABOUT US
My husband and my's philosophy: Nothing is impossible - he's in a wheelchair but that doesn't stop us from traveling the world. and he's got the coolest name ever: he's Martin Martin *no kidding.
Since 12/2017 Elfie is part of our family. She’s a labradoodle and brings us so much joy. She made us into pawrents.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been travelling a lot, and I met lovely people everywhere I went. Being able to meet locals was always a highlight, therefore I want to join the CS community and let other people be part of my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been surfing in Staten Island, great experience and... I've sort of done it before cs existed, I visited total strangers which are now very good friends and also vice versa.

I'm a very active person, i love mountain biking, travelling, athletics, dancing, cheesy chick flicks, Hot Chocolate@Starbucks, Brownies, modern art, having a BBQ with friends, i also enjoy a good read, a chillaxing day in my hammock in summer, stand up paddling, hiking...

.... don't forget - actually at first place - spending time with my husband.

movies: I barely got time to watch movies, so i usually prefer chick flicks and a romantic comedy...

music: Coldplay and various Spotify playlists...

Books: "Time of our Singing" is one of my favorites. I read a lot when on vacation, from literary master pieces to chick flicks (again), I'm not so much into fantasy

In Australia I went for a night dive, and encounterd a shark. Scary! But that probably wasn't the most amazing thing, only the most adventourus thing I've ever done.
