Currently, we have just 3 weeks left in South America, which we will spend in Argentina, mostly in Patagonia, trying to soak up as much culture as possible,go on a many trecks as possible, and basically make the most of it!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are relatively new to couch surfing,but greatly love the concept and are planning to jump in with both feet! After a year of living and working in South America, we have met some of the most fantastic, friendly, hospitable and just generally lovely people, which is why we decided to try couch surfing in the hopes of meeting many more like - minded people! And we can't wait to be able to offer the same generosity to people travelling in Europe when we return!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Although we've both been doing our best to explore the world as much as possible since aged 18, our current adventure in South America has been the most challenging, rewarding experience of both our lives. From arriving, with no real grasp of the language, hardly any money, no where to stay and no jobs, to being at the end of our journey a year later, having lived and worked in 3 amazing places, travelled and experienced things we never could have imagined,and most of all, having built friendships with people from all over the world that we know we will cherish forever. There have been millions of fantastic things, and millions of difficult things, but together they have added up to one totally amazing, unforgettable thing!!
