About Me

Hello! My name is Chris. I am someone who has long wished to see and set foot on every place in this world. I've managed to get a few countries on my list to see and visit, but Europe and all that it has to offer is all new to me.
I am a simple person, I don't care for luxuries, huge meals, etc. I enjoy getting to know a new place through its people, local people are the best guides to show you around a new place, because to me, they are what the best the city has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I found about this project around 2015 but never believed it to be real. But then I realized that like mostly everything, the answer was: "why not do it?"
If you enjoy reading, building things and talking about the universe in general, we will get along just fine. And if you don't, we would get even better!

"It is not a calamity to find you have nothing in common with your companion, it is nothing but a blessing to find such person in this big world"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a shy, quiet and usually anxious 13 year old. Managed to build on my own a solar phone charger for my town's science fair and won the 1st prize, but also gave a speech 10 years later at the school where I studied for newly high school graduates about the importance of always learning and keeping in touch with their curiosity as they grow up in life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help you with Spanish, English and Japanese, I'm not a language teacher, but I'll do my best to help you. Even if it's for just listening your pronunciation or answering a question you might have.

I want to learn Polish and Russian, it's getting really hard to get familiar with both alphabet and pronunciation that it gets me dizzy sometimes :S

Sharing is caring. As a japanese proverb says: "If you have some knowledge. Share it"

What I Can Share with Hosts

Want to hear a Latino guy talk in every possible accent of Spanish in Latin America? Then get comfortable, grab a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the show!

Or maybe you feel like dancing to that song you heard on the radio but never did it because you were afraid of you would look? No worries, I'm not an expert dancer, but I do have the rythm! Let's play the song on your phone or mine and enjoy the dancing all night :D

I can offer different hostel options around my city and also access to them (I have no agreement with any hostel or hotel, this is something I do out of free will).

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Japan, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Peru, Poland, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela
