我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Since I don't think that interacting with other (human) beings within a purely economical framework makes much sense, I like the idea of Couchsurfing. You can get to know people from all over the world, learn interesting things, help eliminating hotels etc. as a filter between travelers and the places they visit.

Couchsurfing.com has moved away from this idea to a certain extent with the changes to privacy terms, the way verification works now, etc. I deleted my old account because of those changes, but since I don't know (yet, I hope) another platform that is closer to the idea I like and has a big enough userbase to be working well, I guess I'll become somewhat active again.
