One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Used to study philosophy and it made no sense. 15 years later I stumbled inta a buddhist monastary while travelling in thailand. I ended up staying there for 10 days meditating mostly in silence. 10/10 can recommend. Can teach you how to meditate
