ABOUT ME

My friends in Oslo recently agreed on the perfect way to describe me, apparently i am 'socially potent'. i think what they mean is that i am friendly and easy to talk to, and enjoy meeting and getting to know all sorts of new and interesting people, listening and sharing previous experiences and creating new ones together :) i might be totally wrong though...

兴趣

i love seeing different places, cultures, people and things. i dont remember each and every one but i know they all make an impression on who i am and what i think, so in a way i carry each one with me onwards. i love music, books (and comics), a good film (and sometimes really terrible ones too), being outdoors and active in both winter and summer, studying things that interest me (just done Linguistics, psychology and astronomy in Oslo for 6 months), hanging out with great people, getting inebriated with great people, and a bit of writing and photography. a bit of everything and anything i guess, just depend who i'm with and what they enjoy doing too :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

ok just quickly as its 2:30am now:
Full Moon rising over an enormous thunderstorm across the pacific ocean at Byron Bay, australia.
and
Visiting a friend's family home in south china, meeting his fathers family and seeing the tiny village he grew up in, where i apparently was the first westerner to visit (the pressure, the responsibility! but everyone got used to me pretty quickly, and certainly didnt shy away from destroying me repeatedly at chinese chess)
