ABOUT ME

Howdy!

Our name's are Christiana and Tony. We are two travelers (one chick, one dude) who have previously trekked 'cross this massive country, spent 3 months exploring New Zealand, and most recently WWOOFed on farms in North Carolina and Florida. For our newest adventure, we are planning on traveling around Vermont in an old, uncomfortable truck we call home. This summer, our hearts are set on hiking, meeting likeminded people, familiarizing ourselves with Vermont, and mastering the tiny, but oh so awesome, ukulele. We think one of the best parts of traveling is the people we meet along the way, so we are excited to swap stories, share some laughs, and sleep on your couch! (:

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (Christiana) once worked at a bar where live music occured almost every night. One night at work, I came upon a sweet little duo with nowhere to stay. I took them in, and it didn't take long to realize their awesomeness. They explained that they were traveling, playing music, and sleeping on random strangers' couches. I thought that was the most amazing, inspiring thing and wanted to try it for myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We tried to couchsurf while traveling throughout New Zealand. That was a fail. So, we are still brand spanking new to this magical world.

I (Tony)can fix stuff. I worked for several years as a machine mechanic. So if you let us sleep on your couch, I can try and resolve any mechanical issues you might have.

I (Chris) have no such experience. I can, however, pet your cat or any other fluffy friend you may have. I promise to put a smile on their cuddly little faces.
