CURRENT MISSION

Me and my family are in Swizerland now and we're looking for other families to host us.We have a 3 year old doughter and we would love to travel around Germany to learn more about the german culture and to practice the language.

ABOUT ME

I'm half brasilian-half german, that's why I'm really curious about this country. I'm a little shy person, but being a teacher did help a lot with this. I have lots of friends and they're all really true friends, I love metting people and other families, exchange experiences and learn from them. My husband is the funny guy and yet really really smart one, I'm the one who laughs about everything but still have my two feet on the ground. We're both hardworkers and our main concern is always about if our family is safe and healthy, when we got these, we're O.K. We're all book lovers, me, my husband and our doughter...she can't read yet, but hearing a good story is what she loves the most. I would say we adapt easily to different situations. We love to try new things, but we also enjoy the cosiness of staying home and watching a movie. PHILOSOPHY

As long as my family is safe and sound I'm happy. That's what's really important for us. When we got that, then we know that all the rest its fixable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because our time in Switzertland is really limited (after that we'll go back to Brazil), we have untill september to travel around. We would normally stay only weekends and we're looking for a place where we can all stay together. If you don't have time to show us around, no problem, we can do that ourselves, but we would love to be able to talk to you and get to know better you whenever you're free for it. We want to pratice our german and learn more from you about Germany.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies I love: Star Wars, The Good,the Bad and the Ugly, all the movies from Fatih Akin, Kill Bill 1 and 2, the Godfather...and so many others! Music: love rock music, from the Beatles to Metallica! We also enjoy hearing classic music too. Books: I'm a fan of poetry, especially from some brasilian and chilean poetry, love Isabel Allende and also Wladimir Kaminer!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most recently we got to see the Alps and above the Niederhorn we're really amazed of how perfectly beautifull the nature is. We could feel a really great energy up there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I always love to share my experience as a mom and as a brasilian. I would love to learn more about this really amazing culture which is the german culture. I could teach you a little portuguese if you want ;)!
