My name is Christianne but you can call me Chrissy! I grew up in Jamaica and then moved to the US to finish up high school and college. I worked in the corporate world for about 2 years. However, I wasn't a fan and as a result, I quit my job and now I am looking to enjoy the finer things in life such as... food, travel and adventure :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a huge dream and goal of mine to live on all 7 continents and I would love to do this while I'm young. So far, I've lived in North America, Asia, Europe and Africa.

Before I go back to the corporate world I thought now would be the best time to travel and visit some of the places I've read about and do some of the things I have dreamed about doing. I want to go hot air ballooning, white river rafting, SCUBA diving and do any other cool adventure.

I want to completely immerse myself in the food, language and culture. I want to meet new people, learn about the country, it's history and simply just enjoy life.

I am currently in Israel but I am looking at lots of different places to head to next. I'm thinking Jordan, Turkey or Thailand and India. Or anywhere in between actually. Wherever the wind blows me quite frankly!

Interests

I love reading, watching TV series and movies, hiking, travelling, cooking, baking and learning new things. I will try anything once. My philosophy is... you don't know until you have tried it!
