Hi! I'm Christin, from NYC.

I'm on a gap year after wrapping up university, hoping to take some time to learn more about myself and the world before starting work!

I previously did a trip traveling around East Asia (Japan, Korea, Taiwan) for a year and had the time of my life meeting people from all different walks of life. I've also spent a month in Costa Rica, and will be primarily around Southeast Asia this time around!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of my favorite parts of traveling is meeting people and learning about their unique experiences and perspectives on life! I like sightseeing to a certain extent, but would love even more to hear from locals about their favorite spots and activities around town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked 5 hours from a farm in Shikoku to my first couchsurfing experience in Osaka!
