About Me

Hello! I'm a Chinese person living in Madrid, Spain, an explorer always planning my next adventure. My feet love to tread on unfamiliar lands, and my soul loves to dance at the intersection of nature and culture. The world is a vast book, and I strive not to miss a single brilliant chapter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe the essence of travel lies not in the scenery you see, but in the people you meet and how those encounters subtly change you. Hotels and guesthouses can provide a room, but only Couchsurfing allows you to open a window to the world of locals. I yearn for genuine connections, to listen to your stories, to share my experiences, and to make our brief encounters a shining moment in our shared memories.

Interests

When I'm not in the office, you're probably probably:

• Outdoor adventures: The speed on a ski, the tranquility of deep-sea diving, the focus while rock climbing, the vastness after reaching the summit… these are my ways of experiencing the vitality of life.

• Quiet moments: I also enjoy connecting with another world through a book, or capturing the beauty I see with a paintbrush.

  • scuba diving

  • climbing mountains

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent time as a UN volunteer in Kenya, helping local students on a community project. That experience taught me that the most precious treasure in the world is the kindness and connection between people. This is the core of my joining the Couchsurfing community—I hope to continue spreading this kindness and making family-like friends globally.

What I Can Share with Hosts

• A warm, home-cooked meal: As a token of my appreciation, I'd be happy to cook you an authentic Chinese meal. Let's start our friendship with a delicious meal.

• An interesting cultural perspective: As an Asian who grew up in China and works in Spain, I can chat with you about the clash of Eastern and Western cultures, my travel stories, and even some useful Chinese or Spanish phrases.

• A sincere friend and listener: I'm not just looking for free accommodation, but also for a friend. I'm happy to listen and share, and I hope we can spend a relaxing and fun time together.
