ABOUT ME

If you've ever had a cup of Yogi brand tea, you know they come with short quotes on the string of each tea bag. A few weeks ago, my chai told me “The universe is a stage on which your mind dances with your body, guided by your heart.” In a nutshell, this describes how I live my life.

Interests

When I'm not at work, I'm having fun--which changes day to day. I'm likely at yoga or on the floor of my living room meticulously splashing paint onto canvases. It's also possible I went out for a walk/run/hike/climb/hula-hoop outing. I could be coloring on a sidewalk somewhere or doing cartwheels down a hill. I might be in my kitchen cooking. I might be in a book store with a cup of coffee (black, please), a pile of books, and a huge dent in my wallet.
