ABOUT ME

I am 24 years and I am studying journalism and dutch in Vienna. I lived for a while in the UK, South Africa and Sweden, but for now I am settled in Vienna where I am also working for a TV cooking show. I love to do sports and travel, meet new people and have fun, in nutshell just enjoying life. Personally I like to try new things, doesn't matter if it is food, sport or exploring unusual cultural traditions. I like to meet new people and travel with them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I tried couch surfing a few years ago and was really surprised how nice and easy it works. It's a great chance to meet new people and explore a new and fancy way of staying in a new place. Furthermore I think it is a great possibility if you need a bed for just a few hours, because your flight, bus, train, whatever is quite early and a hotel would be too expensive - to be honest, especially for students or journalists who have almost big budget for traveling ;)

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I touched a lion baby and a rhino in South Africa, which was definitely an unique and unforgettable moment in my life as well as glacier hiking in norway. But the craziest thing I ever did was drinking a fire shot ( drink sambuca - keep it in the mouth and burn it :)
