ABOUT ME

I am down to earth compasionate loving person whos super random and often has food on her face. I love getting to know people but I hate small talk..I like cutting to the crap and gettin to the real stuff. Ever since my first time leaving Canada I caught the travel bug real bad. Home for me is anywhere I am lead to be. I love to sing and write songs. I recently picked up the guitar again and its a good friend. I love to listen to storys. My dream is to work over seas with World Vision in developing Countries.

PHILOSOPHY

The purpose of life is to love. Not just any love..love that is patient, kind, not self seeking..love that doesnt boast that doesnt keep a record of wrong love that loves you despite and because of your short comings.
I love helping people realize their hidden potentials and there inherent worth and value. We are like an 100 dollar bill..if that bill goes in the washing machine or gets torn or stained..its still worth $100 and this I believe about the human life..regardless of your past, or the choices you make you still have amazing worth and value.

I am just a budding flower in the world of CS. But I plan to participate the best I can by going out to gatherings in my city and creating events as well as attending events in the citys I travel to.

I am genuinely interested in people. Hence being in social work. I love learning from peoples experiences and dreams.I love music. I love to write songs and play infront of people..I get such a rush from performing. I love to see people do what they are passionate about..wether that is sports..music even if its not my passion it gets me excited. I love love love to travel. I love learning from different cultures. I am very facinated by the spanish culture and language. I love community. My favorite quality is humility..I love how Mother Teresa puts it "If we were truly humble nothing would change us, neither praise nor discouragement"

On a not so serious note I love spontenaity. I love randomness...the best days are those that are unplanned. I love Will Farrell and his random out of place humor..(I have pretty much memorized all the lines to anchorman, taledega nights and old school)

My favorite book is called Irresistable Revolution its by a man names Shane Clayborne. He worked in calcutta when mother teresa was still around and was in Bagdad while it was being bombed..hes an amazing man and a definate worth while read.

My favorite movie..is life is beautiful I just love the model of love the father showed his son

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Being in leporsary colonies in India..changed my view on beauty! Those people are so humble in spirit and so beautiful despite their physical condition

I am doing my practicum right now at a homeless shelter and its amazing to see the resiliance of these people who have been told by society that they are garbage

I saw a red moon on the beach in Valencia that was beautiful.
