London born and raised. Have lived, studied and travelled in many places, each of which have left an imprint on me. Still much more of the world I want to see so I keep moving.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met some absolutely lovely, kind, generous, interesting and interested people. So far so brilliant.

Interests

Interested in travel. I did a masters is in Human Rights so I have a committment to social justice and campaigning for change.

Otherwise, massively into music. Like literature as well, and also independent film.

I like socialising, meeting new people, especially from different countries, like learning new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, hmm, like World Cinema, a bit of Bollywood. Saw True Grit - Coen Brothers, and Persopolis recently. Both good.

Music, I like chillout. Love Massive Attack and Portishead. Am addicted to Zero 7 at the moment. Also like some old stuff, eg Pink Floyd. Just bought an Aerosmith CD and Erykah Badu so my tastes are quite broad.

Books, anything by John Steinbeck but especially East of Eden. He is my hero. I like books that deal with humanity and the human condition.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think there are amazing things to be seen and experienced every day. It's about looking in the right places and keeping your eyes open.
