Most people call me Alicea. I'm 29 years old and I think I'd consider myself a wanderer. I am working on becoming an elementary school teacher. I am from New Jersey, born and raised but live in california now! I don't know if it's where I want to stay and make a home of but I know that I love where I live. I love animals and can't refrain from petting them. I am really close with my family and friends. I believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated even if the feeling is not mutual. I am adventurous and spontaneous. My mother refers to me as her wild flower and my friends say that I'm free spirited. I have strong moral codes I personally try to live by but I am really understanding and not so judgmental. I love to make people smile and my favorite sound is a laugh. It's true.

I want to step out of my comfort level. I want to meet new people and learn about them! I want to hear your stories whether they're funny or serious. I want to know you and I want to know about the country you live in. I'm hoping that I can visit places I would not have thought to Google or try foods via locals! I want to learn about your culture and your way of life and I want to know what your life has been like where you are!

SIDE NOTE: On my hosting availability I have that I am willing to meet up. If you ever find yourself in San Diego and want to hit some bars/go on a hike/out to eat/to a beach if I'm not working then I'm game. Unfortunately, I can't say that I can host because I only have a one bedroom and am in a relationship. So, it would depend upon meeting whether or not my fiance and I would not mind letting you crash on our couch with my 2 cats ^__^.

I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to music. If it provokes any kind of emotion then I dig it.

Tv/Movies: anything horror, blue is the warmest color, imagine me and you, broke down palace, xmen trilogies, inception, kill bill, grease, ghost, the sweetest thing, just friends, sister act 2, game of thrones, dexter, the 100, greys anatomy, how to get away with murder, the Vikings, walking dead, fear the walking dead ..

Books: everything by Ellen Hopkins and jodi picoult. I've also read every book/poem by andrea gibson including the one she edited with other writers. Currently reading Greek mythology, rhetoric and poetics aristotle, and every now and then Arabian nights.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Packed up whatever I could fit in my car plus my two cats and left jersey to go all the way across country to california not having a job or knowing a single person... and making a life here.

But... there are many things I have done that I thought were neat.
