About Me

I´m a dreamer, traveller, photographer, adorer of the sun, always capturing beauty within everything, other peoples hearts or just the nature around...

"I choose either to be a victim of the world or an adventurer in search of treasure. Its all a question of how i view my life." -Paul Coelho-

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel myself and get to know new places from the INSIDE, meens its always better not just to stay in a new place, but to live their and maybe get the chance to explore it with a local.
I wanna offer the same.

Music, Movies, and Books

Everything that moves me and makes me feel good, depending on the mood I´m in.
Loving Soul, Latinamerican Music (Salsa, Samba, Bachata, Cuban Music, all the sounds of Carnival in Rio:), Afroheat, chilled Electro...but also Music, my parents heard when I grew up...Beatles, Phil Collins, Simon & Garfunkel, Spandau Ballett, U2. In Germany we have some nice Bands and Singersongwriters too, I love Clueso, Max Herre (Freundeskreis), Elif, Fayzen, Phillipp Poisel...

I can´t leave a bookstore without a book, theres way too much good stuff out there I wanna read...I love when a story is totally captivating me, leads me into another world and i can't put that book down. Love writers like Paul Coelho, Jorge Bucay, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Flavia Bujor, Milan Kundera, Audrey Niffenegger, Haruki Murakami, Anna Gavalda, but also books I had to read for school (like Storms "Schimmelreiter", Schillers "Kabale und Liebe", Dürrenmatt, Lessings "Nathan der Weise") and I still love books I read in my childhood like "Die kleine Dott", Winnie Puh or "The never-ending story" and "Momo" by Michael Ende.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The 8 months I spent in South America this year...this whole trip totally changed me, inspired me, tought me...I instinctly followed my heart and there are no words for all the beauty I saw in nature and in the people I met. Just to list a few things:
While working and living in Peru, i was thrilled by the hostility and happiness of the people there. They seem to have nothing, but their friendly lifestyle is just catching!
I went on a spontaneous trip to Rio de Janeiro for the Carnival and had some unforgettable, amazing days with new friends from all over the world!
I did a tour around Uyuni, Bolivia and crossing the salt lake was totally surreal, but even better was meeting all the people living their for generations when I felt like I had to relearn BREATHING.
Living and loving in Buenos Aires, the city with all its charming, historic places, but also modern and fast moving.
Travelling along the coast of Uruguay with some special friends for a few days was absolutely mind-blowing. I never saw this LIGHT in my life and the tangerines were the most delicious I ever ate.
San Pedro de Atacamas in Chile was a piece of heaven! We could hear the salt rocks speaking to us and i felt absolute solitude while sitting in the moon valley watching the sun set!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a place on the yoga mat or a bed, when I´m not around. You can share the kitchen and the bathroom with my beloved friend and roomie.

I´m new living in Berlin, but this city always felt like home. I know some nice coffee shops, sights, markets around Kreuzberg and Central Berlin. Let´s explore the city together (I´m always taking my camera with me, so nice shots guaranteed) or feel free to go on your own! If you wanna stay longer we can go on a road trip around Berlin for the weekends or meet some friends in the city.

Love to share some nice talking hours, while having a cup of coffee, tea or even wine ;)
