ABOUT ME

I am a recent college graduate from UC San Diego who studied psychology and international studies. I have two brothers, am Korean, grew up in the SF Bay Area, love sports, played field hockey both in high school and college, love my friends and family and love love love traveling and learning about different cultures. I am NOT a picky eater, and much more the opposite. I believe in trying everything at least once. I mean, mostly everything. I love being able to use all my senses to their full capacities. I enjoy talking to people about their philosophies and their outlook on life. I enjoy nights out but I moreso love nature. My life feels maximized when I am calm, at peace, and faced with a feat of the universe that reminds me of how small I am in comparison.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to host people once I move out of my mom's house, but until then I have prospective travels plans and would greatly appreciate a couch to surf on. Also, I'd like to join local groups and participate in meet ups and other appealing events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to couchsurfing but I have heard lots of fascinating stories from good friends of mine who are avid couchsurfers whenever they travel. Waiting to have experiences and adventures of my own.

Interests

Sports, good books and movies, photography, going to the beach, hiking, outdoorsy activities, running, listening to music, dancing, concerts, yoga, catching up with old friends and meeting new people. Good food/drinks, good company, good times!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. The view of the ocean from the cliffs in La Jolla, CA.
2. Walking around outside on warm summer nights.
3. Those moments when you realize you can't stop smiling, with the breeze on your face, music in your ear, people you love around you, and you step out of the moment for just a second to think, "It doesn't get much better than this".
