ABOUT ME

I am an open minded person who is very curious about life! Having grown up on the German/ Danish border with one German parent and one Danish, an interest in different cultures and traveling is in my blood so to speak! :-) I now live in Newcastle in a small house near the city centre with a Spanish girlfriend of mine. I work as a midwife and am due to qualify as a Medical Acupuncturist very soon. It is a challenging course but has been very interesting! I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures and seeing new places. I love nature and am fascinated by all the different places there are in this world. I would describe myself as very social and fun to be with (I hope.... but you tell me ;-) ). I love getting to know different people and learning from their lives and experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe we only live once and therefore life should be experienced to the full! We may not get the chance again to do all the things we always dreamt of...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to meet new people and perhaps show them some of the places there are to see, meet for a coffee etc. I would also like to meet other couch surfers when I am traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first became aware of the site when I was planning my India trip last December. I am new to CS but looking forward to finding out more about this community :-)

Difficult question.... there are so many things! One amazing experience was to travel around Cuba and living with families there.
