About Me

CURRENT MISSION

see/hear/touch/smell/taste/DO

ABOUT ME

I'm Christine. free. capricious. I don't mind getting lost. I'm often seen as airheaded, but its just because I'm usually deep in thought. slightly awkward and goofy. Everyday I believe I see the true beauty in life. Odds are, I'll like you, and you'll like me. Sometimes I'm shy and don't talk a lot, but not unless I just met you, which is not usually the case with this site. I live in the present, a little too completely sometimes, as in I don't know what I'm going to do with my schooling. But its good in a lot of other ways. I've heard "you're crazy!" thrown around a lot, I confess I have a little bit of a wild streak, and I can be a bit weird (as in refreshing, not creepy!), but usually this just makes me think "a question that often drives me hazy, am I or the others crazy?"

PHILOSOPHY

no rain, no rainbows

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Spreading Sunshine :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

stayed in some co-ops with my brother in california and colorado, crashed on innumerable couches/floors/etc all over california, also while in switzerland I crashed some couches.

while in Amsterdam my paycheck came later than anticipated so I was stuck with no money for 4 days, so I couchsurfed with Joel in Leiden who saved me at the last minute from a couple nights at the airport!

Interests

I'm studying biology in school, I love natural history, ecology, sub-cultures, guerilla art, philosophy, anatomy/physiology, plants, and animals (primarily [though not singularly] those of the marine sort)
Adventures! I love the outdoors and nature! Hiking, bike-riding, swimming. I enjoy cooking, though baking not as much. I love artsy stuff too, pretty avid photographer and doodler my whole life and I love to read, so I guess I can be indoor too.
