I'm a 25 years old student of Middle Eastern Cultures and Languages at the University of Vienna. I'm very interested in different cultures and languages and so I love travelling around to improve my knowledge about the world, especially the Middle Eastern region.
Beside my study I really love to go to the cinema and watch a great movie with friends or doing some stuff outdoor like swimming and hiking. If the weather is unpleasant I like to meet with friends in a cafe and discuss the newest events in the world or I just stay at home and read a nice book.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing seems to me like the best oppurtinity to learn something about the people and country by firsthand. It's like jumping and diving into the culture and illustrous life of a place and soak it up. It also helps getting over the first obstacle when you come to a new place: Talking with a stranger to know what the heck is going on around you ( I'm not afraid of talking to the first person I see, but I experienced that the person I talked to sometimes was a little unhappy about that). So that's why I'm on Couchsurfing

My most favourite music is Oldschool-Reggae and Hip-Hop but I'm very open minded about music except german and austrian folkmusic.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The last thing that I would describe as exciting was a 10000 km travel by car from Austria to the Mauretanian border which I did last autumn but unfortunately didn't end at the expected destination.

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

A really pleasant person who knows entertaining stories and really loves to enjoy a evening with a host leraning about him/her and the city. Also I'm not that bad at cooking and can make some special/national dishes from more than 10 countries. And if a host need it I can also give him/her some silence and make myself disappear for a few hours.
