Hi! My name is Chris, you can call me that or Christopher (although my mum calls me Christy), I'm from Perth, Western Australia and currently traveling around Europe. I'm an easy-going guy, and I love to have a good laugh, play some music, have a beer, or get outside and get some exercise (skateboarding, surfing, swimming, handstands). I am also a freelance Graphic Designer & Illustrator. I love dogs, tomatoes, dancing, books, a good cuppa tea, the cosmos, comics, films, and meeting new and interesting characters, and immersing myself in the world's cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been wanting to join the couchsurfing community for a while, and while I am a newbie, I am also very versatile, laid-back, and friendly. I am on Couchsurfing because I love filling my life with new people and making connections throughout the world. I also think that in order to really learn about a new setting and understand it's culture, you have to view it from the perspective of a local.
