My main focus is my spiritual life. I am a Kriyaban (one who practices Kriya, as taught by SRF, Ananda,, and Swami Shree Yogi Satyam) who happens to own a small farm (in the making ) in Michigan with his Fiance , our two cats and 15 chickens. I strive to live simply and see the positive in life. I tend to be somewhat of a "loner" but truly never feel alone. I love people and am excepting of all types.
I try to maintain an organic diet of vegan whole foods (fresh is better) but am not militant in my eating habits,
