My name is Chris and I am a 20 year old from Edmonton, Canada. I have been a lifeguard for three years and love the work I do. I am a very health conscious individual and enjoy the simple things that life has to offer. I am very open minded and find life more satisfying when it is an adventure. I am on couch surfing for my love of adventure. I plan to take a leave from my job and travel so that I can learn new skills, languages, and ways of life. I was not aware this site existed and since my recent discovery Ive felt a burning desire inside to use it along my travels and further help others along theirs.

I am a fan of all music from jazz and the blues. House music and alternative rock are always welcome. Really anything that pleases the ear is a go for me. I enjoy reading books and am open to any new reads. As far as movies I can find a way to enjoy almost anything.

Through lIfeguarding I have found myself in many emergency situations. From dealing with suicide jumpers to chocking victims, I am most proud of the young child I performed compressions on last summer resulting In a family to keep a loved one around a little while longer

I was raised by hard work and a good life attitude. I can offer two strong working hands for whatever jobs are needed to be done. Im always in a good mood and enjoy helping out however I can. Any chance I have to help someone is an opportunity to learn so its really a win-win.
