I work at the top level i hospitality and recently won the UK Bacardi legecy cocktail competition. My reason for attending Copenhagen is to do a stage in Geranium (3* michelin) for the week of 20th to the 25th of February! Im out going and love to meet new people, Id also love someone to help endure what Copenhagen has to offer!
