I try to enjoy all of the beauty life has to offer, and continue exploring because I keep discovering more and more. I'm always excited for what is next, but also so appreciative for what is happening now.

Each experience has so much wisdom and joy in it, I try to be present to all of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to share new experiences and live in the mystery; being on Couchsurfing certainly facilitates some wonderful and mystical happenings. Also, everyone has so much wisdom to share, not just through words, but through the way we carry ourselves and live with others.

Interests

I am in a new chapter of life, continuously allowing my mind-made identities to dissolve back into the present, transforming with every breath. I am deeply passionate about family coherence and healing, and am developing an app to support that. I also love the profound mystery of the present moment, and enjoy noticing where I get uncomfortable, self-conscious, or any other form of "grist for the mill" as Ram Dass said, because then I get to release and awaken to more love and greater connection.

As for the simple stuff: I love all things music, especially improvising from the heart of the moment. I enjoy reading books out loud, being silly, doing improv skits, learning, learning, and more learning. And I especially love supporting people coming into their authentic, expressive selves, because your heart is a gift to this world, and I believe the more you release fears and consciously step into the unknown, the more your heart comes alive and impacts this world!
