ABOUT ME

People have used any of the number of these terms to describe me: Awesome, compassionate, passionate, generous, small/thin, hyperactive, smart, good dancer, scatter brained, fun, weird, funny and very successful in many ways. (You can google me, I have been on TV, in Movies, CNN, etc. )

Also, I have travelled and lived in dozens of cities and countries around Latin America, US, Canada, Asia and Europe. I currently divide my time between Los Angeles, Melbourne Australia and Playa Del Carmen - Mexico where I have houses / apartments. (and some months Barcelona)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was a wee bit younger I enjoyed travelling and staying at hostels, as my successes grew, my willingness to stay in less comfort was diminished; but I still have a strong desire to meet new people from new places, share each other experiences and show them where to go to have a good time on their journey without sleeping on a bunk bed.

Also in being new to Melbourne, I do not know that many people yet, so perhaps this will be a good way to make this happen with less effort, while at the same time sharing what I can.

Interests

I am essentially retired, travelling and moving to new places, producing movies and investing in good ideas and good people is how I spend my time.

House, Deep house - Most Electronic music - been to most of the big electronic music festivals in the world with the exception of Burning Man and Summerland.
I read a lot, but not many books; but I am adaptable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hopefully this will be a unique way to meet new and interesting people, making my life more interesting in the process and hopefully I can share my insights on the city and life in general :) I have lived in dozens of countries for many years, built large companies, produced Hollywood movies, lead philanthropic organizations to help those who need it and have had massive amounts of fun for many years. I can go wherever I want, whenever I want and live how I want. All of my dreams have come true and I am yearning to discover my next set of dreams so I can get busy fulfilling those as well :)
