About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Become a Cosmologist. Write music from my heart. Live, and live well. Eat well. Go crazy dancing. Meet EVERYONE. Enjoy everything, and LEARN, LEARN, LEARN. Try to be the best possible human I can be, whilst never making excuses for myself.
ABOUT ME
Welcome to Inverness! My name is Chris, I am a 29-year old living up in Northern Scotland where I was born. I have lived just about everywhere in Scotland and met many, many travellers along the way. I have had much intention to travel abroad over the last few years, but since I have made a commitment to study along with my work, then time and money are not easy to spare towards venturing off across the world...however, as a compromise, it turns out that hosting couchsurfers could be the very remedy! I have always been drawn to the folk who travel and have spent much of my social life meeting them and exchanging stories, cultures and experiences...and I have had a lot of fun doing it too! So if you are staying in Inverness, and need a place to crash for a couple of days, then please do get in contact. I promise you you'll enjoy your stay :) I act from the heart, but with a reasonable and logical head on my shoulders...and most importantly...believe that life should be enjoyed as much as possible.
Interests
As I mentioned above, I study - and at the moment my subjects are Mathematics and Physics - and will be heading off to Glasgow University in a couple of years to continue into the field of Astronomy/Cosmology. I am fascinated beyond explanation by the workings of the universe, and particularly by the use of mathematics to describe it. Broadly speaking, all science is inherently interesting to me. I write lots of music and poetry when I can, and I sing a bit too. So if you'd like to indulge in a bit of singing/strumming (and dancing!) during your stay, then that will be perfectly fine with me. I do like to go out and have a wee boogie on the town, I must say. I am always striving to make new connections with folk - no matter if they are just temporary/fleeting experiences - each person has something to share, and I feel I can do the same in return. I am also into art, nature (and generally being outdoors), and laughing. Laughing a lot.
