Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've meet some really good people through CS. Last summer we hosted a group of international students for a week. Sharing stories and experiencing international cuisine is a great way to learn about different cultures.

Interests

I enjoy working with at-risk teens, boating, spending time with my amazing fiance, the ocean, and working on my house. I'm also interested in art - specifically early 20th century American artists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had the rare opportunity to start my own business - which is very rewarding and disappointing at the same time. I was in NYC when a plane crashed into a helicopter over the Hudson, and remember feeling helpless and vulnerable. On a more positive note - I've had some amazing encounters with nature and was able to save the life of a black crow that flew into my UPS truck; literally into, I mean the joker flew into the truck and squawked at my from the passenger seat...AMAZING!
