About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make the world smaller. Find and share stories from any place i wonder.

ABOUT ME

I like stories, in any form. I write short stories, songs and poetry and try to draw when i can. Basically i'm looking to understand the difference between happiness and pleasure all while pushing myself to be more and more alive.. I believe that i'll find the answers to happiness on the road (or sea) and hope to share many songs, stories and smiles while i explore this tiny planet of ours.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that that a fulfilled life will come to those who find a lifestyle that simultaneously makes them happy and helps others. Neither can be sustainable without the other.
Other than that:
Don't do anything that you think you will regret.
Search for the things you want
Figure out early what you think you deserve and work for it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now, while i'm on the road, i'd just like to meet as many people as i can. To learn what i can. And to share what i can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No couch surfing experience through the website. But i'm currently crashing with a wonderful group of young ladies in Edinburgh on their couch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember once i was camping on a tiny island off Trinidad. Historically it was a leper colony but these days it's mostly abandoned. It was night and the only light came from out fire, or so it seemed. I remember being out in the water which was indistinguishably black from the sky. After a while, i noticed that every time my hands moved, there were a lot of tiny bubbles. On inspection i realised that they weren't bubbles, that the water glowed every time i moved. I was surrounded by bioluminescence. I heard the thunder of an approaching storm before i noticed any lightning. But when the lighting decide to show itself with a little more umph..it was like nothing i could have imagined. The entire sky, flashed purple. And there was i, sitting in black above and below being painted with the green glow of the sea and the purple light on the sky with only the orange of my small fire there to let me know, which way the earth was waiting for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach music and have a lot of advice to give in the field of film production design and script writing.
I'd like to learn to cook different things. And open myself up to different languages.
I love to share writing, music and experiences.
