About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life or Survive the impending zombie apocalypse which ever comes first.

ABOUT ME

Chris Zupofska was born to (names excluded for security) in Austin, MA in 198$. The child of working class folks he spent his childhood taking old things apart so he could learn how they work. One summer, when he was in 3rd grade, his father offered to pay him $1 USD for each book he read that summer. This proposition ignited his capitalist's soul and fanned the flames of his passion for reading. During this summer he began reading science fiction, the greatest works of imaginary literature in the known universe.

As fate would have it again (or possibly the normal socioeconomic factors that plague us all) Chris was destined to become not and Aerospace Engineer, but one of those master's of ergonomics and setting up workspaces, and Industrial Engineer! this course of study suited him well as he was introduced to many branches of the engineering profession and enjoys studying them on his own now (by taking things apart and seeing how they work)

He now lives in Houston, TX in a corporate training program for a VERY (this may or may not be sarcasm depending on which day you catch me...er him) prestigious flow control technology company.

He has a sweet a$$ dog named Barrett, who does some pretty awesome tricks and some pretty annoying begging for attention, a beautiful daughter named Ava (who also does some great tricks) who lives with her mother in Tallahassee, FL.

On weekends you may find Chris in any number of cities across the globe (both in reality or possibly while playing Civilization 5), reading book, working on any one of his myriad on going projects, or spending some time with his indescribably beautiful girlfriend.

Oh yea, Chris is also a fabulous cook, while I was interviewing him for this article he fed me the most exquisite Planter's Almonds.

PHILOSOPHY

The glass is neither half empty or half full, it is twice as big as it needs to be. Not really a phil's-osophy but i think its funny so I'll just leave it here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Participate in what? Couch surfing, I don't know this yet, I just joined. I may want to couchsurf or people can come stay with me, I'm open to meeting strangers (just gotta check if its cool with my roommate, the Two-Stepping Champion of West Texas)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Again does this refer to the website? Because I have done my fair share of sleeping on couches, floors, in cars, on the ground beneath me when I decide it is time for a siesta.
