COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a lot and surfed a bit, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
Couchsurfing definitely tops hotels big time. You not only gain an immediate inside scoop of the place you are visiting - but couchsurfing also seems to disperse many of the normal barriers between people who have never met before.
