I used to read a lot of history, but not so much anymore. Recent books: A Fighter's Heart, The Omnivore's Dilemma. I enjoy travel writing by Paul Theroux.

Tarrantino, Coen Brothers and Martin Scorsese are some favorite directors.

Television: The Wire, The Sopranos, Rome, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Sons Of Anarchy, South Park. Lots of documentaries too.

Music: mostly heavy metal and black metal!

A couple of summers ago, I attended a 4-day Muay Thai "boot camp" in the woods, which was both an exhausting and exhilarating experience. It involved training for about five hours each day, and getting up at 6:30 in the morning to run three miles.
