I have a fondness for classic rock however I really do enjoy all kinds of genres of music.

A good book is hard to put down. If a book can hold my interest well into the second chapter... then it is hard for me to put it down.

There are times in the last couple of years where I've looked at the movie schedule to discover I've seen everything on the current release list. Umm... does that mean I need to get a life...? or I just enjoy watching movies.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Making it through 20 years of active duty military service was pretty amazing. but I believe one of my most significant contributions is volunteering to help with earthquake relief in Nepal. I recently spent 10 Days in the small village of Takure in Nepal where I was literally sleeping in a tent... in the jungle. Conscious Impact is a NGO that I was working with who are currently setting up a training site to create earth bricks to rebuild schools and homes in the small village. I conveyed to the NGO that I could not necessarily build home but I could offer Logistics Insight and Mentorship to young volunteers. They invited me to come and stay for as long as I like. My contributions: bringing emergency medical kits, school supplies and providing a gentle nudge to our up and coming young leaders was very fulfilling.

We are all teachers and all students. As for me... I am an eternal student. As long as I'm walking the earth... I will be taking classes. Recently I've enrolled and completed a Baking course, Web Site Design, Photo Shop, and beginning vocals.

While living in Japan, I taught Beginning Guitar, conversational English and Creative Cooking.

I've had and continue to have great life experiences. I can share my stories, positive approach to living and share all that I have learned.

Great conversation... and communication is the key to successful relationships... and I've always wondered why the hours pass so quickly and effortlessly when talking with family, friends and acquaintances.

My love of cooking and eating... especially cooking. An occasional micro brew (beer) or glass of Sangria or Argentine wine is great for facilitating great conversation.

I'm not frugal... If you want me to stop by the store... please give me a shopping
list. I'll bring the wine or steak or cake...?
