ABOUT ME

I'm currently studying at AUT in Auckland, NZ as an exchange student from California. Not a super experienced traveler, but I'm workin on it.

Food is definitely one of my closest friends, and its always reliable no matter where I am. Love to try new and exotic cuisines, except maybe bugs...

Afraid of heights yet decided it would be fun to swing off the HIGHEST arc swing in the world, NEVIS ARC SWING (check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OTPYKS8hWEM).

Definitely have my share of embarrassing moments, but I consider them life achievements. Love to go out at night and get my Asian Glow on!

PHILOSOPHY

Live everyday with no regrets or else you might miss out on something AWESOME. Don't let your fears get a hold of you because they're just not worth it. The best moments in life usually involve food.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had the opportunity to meet some people off Couchsurfing for drinks in the South Island, NZ and they were pretty awesome. Really amusing to see how different pronunciations and lingo are in different countries with the same language!

I love food. I have my share of less exciting hobbies like TV and facebook and all that good stuff, but I am in a sense...addicted. Also just the regular, chillin with friends, watching movies, napping, etc. Then comes the slightly more exciting list which includes jumping off waterfalls, getting lost in a forest, swinging off the highest arc swing, tongariro crossing hike, rafting, kayaking, getting covered in mud, zorbing, and the like.
