ABOUT ME

I love traveling, either in reality or by meeting other travelers and getting the thrill vicariously through them. I'm a student at Stanford studying Arabic and Computer Science. I enjoy getting outside and meeting new people. I'm into Running, Cycling, Skiing, and Soccer. If you want to surf during a weekend and want to see the area I may be able to take you out on a ride (bike).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm interested in anything with good rhythm- I probably listen to rap most, but I'm into Acoustic stuff, a lot of Latino, Spanish and African vocalists. (not making too much sense on here, but you are more than welcome to ask)
Books: mostly non-fiction stuff on neuroscience/psych- but I have a pretty random list of books to read

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, you'll have to ask me about this when you come surf my place or I surf yours, but I was quarantined in China for the swine flu once. I don't want to spoil any stories online- just ask me in person and I'll be happy to share!

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak english (natively), spanish and german (almost fluently), arabic (intermediate), and I dabble in some others. I'd love to share all that I know about my languages with you, and maybe pick up some tips/practice from you if you speak them as well!
I'm interested in a lot of things, so I'm willing to talk about almost anything. I'm into Arabic calligraphy, maybe I could teach you some?
