ABOUT ME

I'm originally from sunny Wales in the UK. I returned to the UK last year after a couple of years living and working abroad, started in gorgeous New Zealand and explored many other places after resigning from my job and selling all my possessions! I'm a fun loving girl who always tries to see the best in life and people - probably why I love Canadians so much, they're so positive! Big into my trail running, hiking and generally being anywhere near the sea. And having a laugh (usually at myself) at every opportunity! I like to chat about the bigger things in life and equally giggle about silly things too. I believe so much that we get one chance to live our lives so making the most of every opportunity is so important.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is truly wonderful and making a difference in people's lives is really important to me. I'm attempting to become more selfless and kindness to others goes such a long way. Value happiness over material wealth :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I'm travelling so having a wonderful time meeting locals. I can't wait to set up camp in Canada in the future and start hosting.

Nature and the outdoors - I love being outside hiking, trail running, skiing, kayaking...just makes me feel so free! And yoga is a standard part of my day - if I can do it on a beach, even better!
